South Oak Junction

Formally home to Sheridan College in Oakville, this site was acquired in 2019 with the vision of transforming the existing structure into a class-A, mixed-use neighbourhood center. The building was stripped down to structural steel and rebuilt with new walls, HVAC units, roofing, and electrical infrastructure. The project was completed in 2021, featuring a new parking lot and enhanced landscaping to complement the redevelopment.
